Sign-in and technical issues

Include your username, app version, iPhone model, iOS version, and a description of what happened. Screenshots are helpful, but remove private messages or other sensitive information first. Never share your sign-in code.

Report content or a user

Send the username, approximate date and time, and a description of the issue. Do not forward illegal content. For an immediate threat to safety, contact local emergency services; Room is not an emergency service.

Account deletion and privacy

In Room, open Settings and choose Delete account. If you cannot access your account or have a privacy request, email us from the address associated with your account. See our Privacy Policy for details about retention and deletion.

For support, privacy requests, or concerns about content or another user, contact Takeoff Labs LLC. Include your Room username and enough detail to identify the issue, but never send your sign-in code.
